Read-only scan, review, approved cleanup actions, verification, report, recovery support, and one 64 GB customer quarantine/recovery USB.
Complete Digital Cleanup — $129
Digital Data Cleanup plus Organize My Files, with one 64 GB customer quarantine/recovery USB.
Seniors save 20% on regular service pricing.
Additional USB storage up to 128 GB is available for $15 each. Additional approved work outside the normal service scope is $35/hour.

How Digital Data Cleanup Works
1. Scan: We run a read-only scan to identify cleanup opportunities without moving files.
2. Review: You review recommendations before anything moves.
3. Approve: File actions require your approval.
4. Quarantine & verify: Approved cleanup items are handled through recoverable quarantine and verified.
5. Report & recovery: You receive your service report and, when included, the customer quarantine/recovery USB.
6. Final disposition: Permanent deletion is only performed after files designated for deletion have been copied to a separate customer USB and verified.
Windows Compatibility
Designed for Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers.
The current service is not offered for Mac, Chromebook, Linux, tablets, or phones.
